Where are you based / What areas do you cover?
- We are based in West Malling, Kent, but work out of our workshop most of the time which is located near Langley, just outside out Maidstone, Kent.
- We cover all of Kent, Essex, Surrey, SE London, all surrounding areas and further afield. No where is too far for us!
What is covered in a service?
- A service includes checks of: Oil levels/quality, oil filter, lights, tyres, bodywork, exhausts, brakes, steering, coolant levels, suspension, battery, and fluid levels all round. We check all of these and more to ensure your vehicle is in safe working order. Regular servicing reduces likelihood of breakdown and increases vehicle value.
Why does ML Autos go to so many race events?
- We work in partnership with Chandler Motorsport, so we often attend race weekends up and down the country as part of the Chandler team. That and because we enjoy it!
Can I apply to be a part of the team or work alongside ML Autos?
- Whilst we are ambitious and growing, we aren’t in a position to add to the team, yet! There will no doubt be opportunities in the future.
How much will it cost to fix my car?
- Our team will come to you wherever and whenever is convenient for you and we offer a very competitive rate.
- We charge a standard call out fee of £30 (£60 out of hours), plus cost of parts and labour @ £70 an hour.
- Cost of recovery depends on distance and location.

I work everyday, can I drop my vehicle off / pick it up after hours?
- Of course, we operate 24/7 365 and encourage vehicle drop off or pick up at whatever time works best for you.
- If you can’t get to us, don’t worry we can come to you and collect your vehicle or complete any works at a location convenient for you.
Do you offer warranty on parts and repairs?
- Yes, we honour the manufacturers warranty on all replacement parts.
- We also offer a 30 day warranty on all works carried out to your vehicle.
What types of vehicles do you work with?
- There isn’t many vehicles we can’t help with, whether it be a moped, a lorry or anywhere in between, we are more than happy to assist.
